Food products

Because FloBites are food items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened packs for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@thehormoneessentials.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Payment issues

Failed or duplicate charges are reviewed case-by-case with our payment partner.
